Richard Ruzewski's Bio:
Richard Ruzewski was born April 3, 1965 in Buffalo , New York . His formative years were an exciting time for the young Richard where he led an active life camping, snowmobile and enjoying the art of cooking with his large Italian family. He would later pursue this passion for cooking professionally when, upon graduating from high school in Elma , NY Richard would apply to and be accepted by the Paul Smiths College in Paul Smith, NY and continue at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester , NY .
Upon earning his Bachelor of Science Degree, Richard went to work for the Oak Valley Inn, a bed and breakfast operation based in Geneseo , NY where he was responsible for the management of the operation. He used his culinary skills to develop a diverse menu that was the highlight of many guests' stays at the inn.
In 1994 he made the decision to move to a larger city where he could better put his skills to use. With an Aunt, Uncle and his Brother living in Indianapolis , Richard made a visit where he fell in love with the city he has made his home ever since. He left the hospitality industry a few years ago to return to school and follow his passions in another area – graphic design.
He entered IUPUI in the fall of 2002 in pursuit of a Bachelors of Graphic Arts degree granted from Purdue University School of Computer Science. He studied hard and finally a few years later received his degree in August of 2006. He has since launched RL Design studio with his partner Sue LaRue, specializing in graphic design, photography, videography and digital media production.

Sue LaRues' Bio:
Sue LaRue is the newest member of the RLDesign staff. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics in August 2005 after being on the Dean's List for 5 of her 7 semesters. She interned in Poland during the summer of 2005 and taught classes in Web Design and FLASH. Sue also has an associate's degree in Computer Programming.
Sue's strengths are her imagination and graphics skills. She likes her work vibrant and full of life and pulls many of her ideas from her hectic and sometimes comical days. She has a quirky sense of humor which can lead everyone down a totally different road than the one intended to take.When not in the office, Sue is involved with her children's school where she is the sponsor for the chess club, as well as designing graphics for “spirit wear” clothing. Sue also is an avid gardener and prolific baker (“never trust a skinny cook!”)
Sue has been married for 28 years and has four children. In her work career, she has been in retail management, owned and ran a licensed day care, and has been a pastry chef. This varied background adds lots of ideas and experience to her newest venture as a graphic artist.
